SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• To assist the technical-in-charge in the day-to-day repair and preventive maintenance work
• To supervise the performance of the technical team and contractors on builder’s and E&M works
• To handle tenants’ complaints, enquiries and fitting out related to technical issues
• To explore energy saving initiatives and implement energy-efficient measures to support sustainable development
• To prepare budget and improvement plans for technical issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Studies / Building Services Engineering / Construction / Building Maintenance or equivalent
• With at least 5 years of solid experience in the building services and engineering-related industry, and proven supervisory experience.
• With good time management, interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS applications, Adobe Acrobat and AutoCAD
• With valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
• Registered electrical worker (Grade A) is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technical Officer
