Novotel Century Hong Kong is looking for a proactive Senior Technical Officer to oversee facility operations, project coordination, and daily engineering administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee routine engineering administration, maintenance schedules, inventory, and shift duty rosters.

Coordinate with contractors, obtain quotations, and monitor site project progress.

Monitor hotel plant systems, troubleshoot equipment issues, and conduct regular property inspections.

Track energy consumption logs and support building energy-saving initiatives.

Follow up on the regular renewal of statutory licenses and maintenance contracts.

Supervise on-duty engineers and stand in during the absence of the Chief Engineer (shift duty required).

Requirements:
Diploma / Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.

3+ years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in hotels or property management.

Registered Electrical Worker (REW) Grade A or above is an advantage.

Good communication, problem-solving, and administrative skills.

Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Immediate availability is highly preferred.
