Senior Technical Officer / Technical Engineer (E&M) - Luxury Residential, Client

We are representing a Real Estate group in Hong Kong, they are currently looking for a Senior Technical Officer / Technical Officer or Assistant Building Services Engineer to join their Property Management team to oversee their Luxury Residential portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the the technician team with maintenance and renovations works on their residential properties.
• Provide E&M installation works for BMS, HVAC, FS and Electrical systems.
• Monitor and work closely with sub-contractors on day to day operation works.
• Mentor and develop technicians to build a strong property/facility team with deep understanding of local standards, expectations, and operation needs.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years or more experience in delivering E&M with property management, facility management or with developers in luxury Residential maintenance and renovation works.
• Those with a REW license of A0 or above will be advantage.
• Good understanding of Hong Kong building regulations, submission workflows, and operator technical standards and fluent in Chinese and English.
