Senior Technical Product Manager (Sr TPM), Learning Intelligence

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager (Sr TPM), Learning Intelligence to join the team of a leader in the Media space.

This role will shape the technical direction for a learning-focused intelligence platform, aligning product strategy with engineering execution in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

You will partner closely with business product managers, engineering architecture, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn complex technical needs into clear priorities and actionable roadmaps.

The work will center on data, machine learning, privacy-aware solutions, and measurable improvements to learner experiences and program outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Partner with business product management to develop and implement the platform engineering roadmap.
• Lead the technical product management effort for a learning intelligence infrastructure initiative, ensuring alignment with co-leads.
• Translate technical needs into actionable product backlogs with engineering architecture to ensure interoperability and data clarity.
• Facilitate cross-team alignment for building privacy-aware technology solutions that meet educator and learner needs.
• Define success metrics and implementation plans for the integration of AI-powered curriculum capabilities.
• Analyze program outcomes to inform enhancements to learner profiles and recommendation systems.
• Own the technical product management life cycle, aligning business goals with technical execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of technical product management experience, with a focus on data science and machine learning.
• Proven leadership skills in guiding engineering teams through complex data specifications.
• Experience with agentic AI systems impacting customer experiences.
• Background in data integration and cross-platform governance for quality assurance.
• Strong technical writing capabilities for concise documentation and requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for motivating cross-functional collaboration.
