• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

• AxIOM is seeking an experienced Snr. Technical Program Manager to help us create the world’s best mobile shopping experience

• Our charter is to push the boundaries of what great app experiences can look like for Amazon's shopping app, inspiring other teams to optimize and reinvent their own app experiences
• As a Snr. Technical Program Manager on the AxIOM team, you will have the opportunity to deliver new end-to-end customer experiences that bring the latest shopping innovations to our mobile apps
• We are focused on creating experiences that are fluid, fast, and highly adaptive - delivering a clear differentiator from other Amazon platforms
• This role will require you to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance customer and business needs against technical constraints
• An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner
• Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this position
• Drive the development and execution of experiences on the Amazon Mobile App, inventing and delivering delightful shopping experiences
• You will work with our engineering, product and QA teams to make sure we are architecting, planning, and on track to deliver high quality customer experiences and high-quality releases, making scalable long-term technical decisions while meeting our commitments
• Coordinate and plan across multiple teams, finding technical solutions which span backend and client applications
• Identify gaps in our software development lifecycle and lead process improvements so we can deliver more to our customers and have fun doing it
