This is a high-profile technical project-management role, responsible for an annual programme of approximately €3–4 million across lifecycle, asset-replacement, compliance, refurbishment and capital works. - Review project requests, assess feasibility, challenge scope where required and support the development of practical delivery solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed programme schedules, delivery plans, risk registers and project reporting.
- Coordinate internal teams across operations, engineering, procurement, finance, surveying and account management.
- Lead external contractors, consultants, framework suppliers and specialist delivery partners.
- Manage tendering, procurement, contractor selection, project governance and commercial controls.
- Monitor budgets, costs, variations, forecasts and financial performance throughout project delivery.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable legislation, building regulations, Health and Safety requirements and contractual obligations.
- Identify delivery risks, implement mitigation actions and ensure appropriate ownership and reporting.
- Oversee project quality, programme performance, contractor compliance and safe working practices.
- Support operational teams with technical decision-making and asset-lifecycle planning.
- Manage completed-works reconciliations and ensure project documentation is complete at handover.
- Drive value engineering, innovation and continuous improvement across the capital programme.
What we are looking for

- Strong understanding of building services and the operational impact of works within occupied properties.
- Experience managing project budgets, procurement, contractors, consultants and commercial risks.
- Strong project-programme management skills, including planning, risk management, reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of construction regulations, Health and Safety legislation and compliance requirements.
- Experience within PPP, FM, education, healthcare, public-sector estates or complex multi-site portfolios would be advantageous.
- Commercially aware, organised and confident dealing with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Able to balance immediate project-delivery pressures with longer-term asset and programme priorities.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Ireland.
