Senior Technical Program Manager - Credit & Lending

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager - Credit & Lending to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will own the integrated program plan across credit and lending initiatives, bringing structure and clarity to multiple concurrent workstreams. The ideal candidate will drive sequencing, resource allocation, and escalation management while partnering closely with product, engineering, compliance, and executive stakeholders. This position will also help strengthen governance, support regulatory readiness, and translate incident learnings into operational and technical improvements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $162,200 – $202,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan for all credit and lending workstreams
• Manage project sequencing, resource tradeoffs, and escalations proactively
• Ensure compliance readiness alongside product and regulatory milestones
• Incorporate incident learnings into system design and operational improvements
• Contribute to the broader technical program vision for the company's banking platform
• Maintain a central repository for project status, decisions, and risk assessments
• Facilitate decision-making processes and enhance credit product governance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management or technical program management in regulated environments
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or credit infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent programs with cross-functional teams
• Proven communication skills with executive stakeholders without intermediary translation
• Familiarity with lending tooling ecosystems is a plus
