Senior Technical Program / Project Manager

Direct Hire Opportunity in Milwaukee 120,000-125,000K per year plus benefits! We re seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager to lead high-impact enterprise transformation initiatives within the life insurance/financial services space.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of complex program/project leadership , strong experience with large-scale system implementations, conversions or modernization efforts , and the ability to drive alignment across business, technology, executive stakeholders and external partners.

The ideal candidate brings strong project and program leadership experience, a deep understanding of life insurance, annuities, and financial services, and the ability to confidently lead large initiatives in a dynamic environment. Key Requirements

• Life insurance, annuities, and financial services industry experience
• Strong SDLC and cross-functional program leadership experience
• Executive-level communication skills
• Background in vendor management

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• PMP Certification is a MUST
• 8+ years of project, program, transformation, or related leadership experience
• Experience leading multiple concurrent software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects using waterfall, iterative, and agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience within life insurance, annuities, financial services, or a related industry
