Senior Technical Project/Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will serve as the technical coordination lead for high-complexity initiatives, ensuring business and technology partners stay aligned on scope, timelines, and deliverables.

The position will oversee concurrent projects, manage resources across multiple delivery partners, and help maintain quality execution within approved hours and scope.

In addition, this leader will mentor team members and support a high-functioning environment that drives successful project outcomes across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,901 – $172,642 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners meet project schedules
• Manage resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope
• Mentor team members to foster a high-functioning team environment
• Lead multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree where required
• 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong understanding of project life cycle management
• Experience managing complex, concurrent projects
