About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter who enjoys recruitment as a profession and is passionate about identifying and closing high-quality technology talent.

This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role where you will work closely with our GCC customers and existing enterprise clients, managing end-to-end recruitment for engineering and senior technology positions.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a staffing/recruitment environment, supporting GCC customers and senior-level technology hiring mandates. You should be someone who enjoys challenging searches, understands the technology talent market and wants to build expertise as a recruiter rather than move immediately into people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technology positions.
• Work on requirements across GCC customers as well as existing enterprise clients.
• Handle mid-to-senior and niche technology hiring, including Staff, Principal, Architect, Engineering Manager and other senior engineering roles.
• Source and engage passive candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and other sourcing channels.
• Understand technical JDs and develop effective sourcing and talent-mapping strategies.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for niche and difficult-to-close engineering positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand requirements and provide market insights.
• Manage candidates through the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, coordination, offer management and closure.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics, pipeline status and closures.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner to clients and provide insights on talent availability, compensation, competition and market trends.
• Handle multiple requirements simultaneously while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably within a staffing or recruitment services organisation.
• Proven experience supporting GCC customers/clients.
• Experience hiring for senior-level technology and engineering positions.
• Strong exposure to technical recruitment, preferably across Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, QA/Automation, Infrastructure or similar areas.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with the ability to identify passive talent.
• Experience working directly with clients/hiring managers.
• Strong understanding of the technology talent market.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple requirements and take ownership of closures.
• Strong sense of urgency, persistence and a results-oriented approach.
