Role Description The Senior Technical Recruiter is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading end-to-end recruiting for technical and product-focused positions across Bizaffix’s distributed team and client projects. This role manages the entire hiring lifecycle, including intake meetings, role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for roles such as software engineers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and compliance specialists. Day-to-day activities include building targeted pipelines through online platforms and networks, conducting structured interviews, coordinating assessments, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience aligned with Bizaffix’s values. The Senior Technical Recruiter collaborates with leadership and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, refine job profiles, and support workforce planning in fast-moving HealthTech, FemTech, EdTech, and SaaS environments. The role also contributes to employer branding, recruitment analytics, and continuous improvement of hiring processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in full-cycle technical recruiting, including role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Experience recruiting for software engineering, product management, UX/UI, data, and compliance-focused roles in tech or SaaS environments.
• Skill in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, professional networks, and social channels to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to partner with founders, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
• Capability to design and run structured, competency-based and values-based interview processes, including assessments where relevant.
• Knowledge of best practices in inclusive hiring, diversity, equity, and non-discriminatory selection methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Bizaffix’s mission and projects to technical talent.
• Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics, dashboards, and market data to guide strategy and optimization.
