This is a high-visibility role where you will take ownership & collaborate on our 2026 & 2027 (& beyond!) global scaling efforts.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with meaningful time inside semiconductor, hardware, or deep-tech companies (agency or in-house both considered
• Demonstrated track record closing passive candidates in highly competitive disciplines: ASIC/SoC design, design verification, silicon validation, embedded firmware, or ML/AI
• Working knowledge of the chip development lifecycle - from RTL and verification through tape-out, silicon bring-up, and production - and how firmware, software, and ML fit into it.
• An established network within silicon engineering, embedded software, and/or AI talent communities.
• Experience independently managing a high volume of concurrent searches in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with compensation, equity, and leveling practices at both startups and established semiconductor companies.
• Experience advising at the Director level and above on talent strategy and market intelligence
• Comfort using AI-enabled sourcing and productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Findem, HiredScore, or similar).
• Prior use of ATSs i.e. SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, or Lever.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for ASIC/SoC design, design verification, silicon validation, embedded firmware, systems software, hardware security, and ML/AI roles - from intake through offer and onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers and engineering directors to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and build structured interview processes that move fast without sacrificing quality.
• Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, alumni networks, and targeted outreach into semiconductor, security, and AI communities.
• Screen candidates with enough technical fluency to assess fit across hardware, software, and ML disciplines and deliver crisp, actionable summaries to hiring managers.
• Advise senior leadership on market conditions, competitor compensation, talent availability, and hiring strategy for hard-to-fill deep-tech roles.
• Run disciplined interview loops: coordinate panels, drive timely feedback, lead debriefs, and keep all stakeholders aligned.
• Maintain accurate data in SmartRecruiters and report on the recruiting metrics that drive decisions.
