MasterPeace Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior Recruiter or Technology Sales professional with strong sales, sourcing and recruiting skills:

• Strong Sales/Persuasion orientation
• 8+ years of sales prospecting experience required
• Technology sales experience preferred
• Recruiting agency experience desired
• Exceedingly highly motivated to excel (if you are looking for an average 9 to 5 job, please do not apply)
• Inside sales and sales prospecting skills required

Your job is to identify, prospect for, and persuade highly sought after fully cleared technical talent to meet with our Executive Team so as to explore our company career value proposition. We are looking for a person with supeior secondary sourcing experience as the talent we seek to hire is not available via traditional methods of recruitment (job boards are of no use in our environment). This role requires research, prospecting, cold-calling and referral generation. Over time, you will build a network of talent that assists your efforts by providing referrals.

We operate in a team environment where we share information, data, and leads so you must be desirous of operating as a team member.

MasterPeace Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter or Technology Sales professional for either our Maryland office. Your job will be to identify, attract, contact, socialize, educate, and set up exploratory meetings with top talent that are not currently looking. You will also meet with and assist in placing talent with our client accounts. We are interested in TSSI LS Poly technologists (predominantly software and systems engineers).
