Sr. Technical Recruiter (US IT)
Location: Remote | Night Shift
Experience: 2-4 Years

Job Description:

• Understand job requirements and match resumes accordingly.
• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
• Work on W2 / C2C / 1099 requirements.
• Source candidates via Internal Databases, Dice, LinkedIn, job portals.
• Screen, shortlist, and submit qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with BDMs/ Account Managers for roles.
• Negotiate rates and availability with candidates.
• Maintain pipeline and daily submissions.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Interest in IT technologies and US hiring process.
• Bachelor's/Masters degree in IT discipline (Preferred: B. Tech IT, BCA, MCA, B. Tech CSE, BSC IT, B. Com, MBA, or any relevant field)
