Senior Technical Sales Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role, preferably within a technology company.
• Proven experience in understanding customer requirements and translating them into appropriate technical solutions and system configurations.
• Strong understanding of software, hardware, networking, and system integration concepts.
• Experience in conducting technical product presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions with customers.
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and explore emerging technologies.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Conducting product presentations and live demos for international customers, showcasing the capabilities of our solutions.
• Designing and recommending tailored technical solutions and system configurations aligned with customer requirements.
• Managing the installation, setup, and implementation of products at customer sites.
• Identifying and addressing technical issues during or after installations, ensuring smooth operations.
• Reporting any product malfunctions to relevant departments (R&D or Production) for resolution.
• Maintaining strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and providing ongoing technical support when needed.
• Recommending tailored solutions aligned with customers’ business objectives and requirements.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical information related to opportunities and projects in the CRM system.
• Reviewing and responding to project tenders with accuracy and professionalism.
• Managing client relationships and following up on projects to ensure long-term success.
