Senior Technical Service Representative

Whalen Search Group is partnering with a well-established organization in the automotive performance industry to identify a Senior Technical Service Manager to lead a large-scale technical support organization.

This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for approximately 50–75 team members , including frontline technical support professionals and leadership. We are seeking an experienced leader who can balance strategic direction with hands-on operational leadership, develop strong teams, implement change, and help create a best-in-class technical support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a technical service organization of approximately 50–75 employees, including supervisors/managers and frontline professionals

• Lead initiatives to strengthen and modernize technical support operations, including processes, workflows, systems, and technology

• Build, coach, and develop a strong leadership team while fostering a collaborative, customer-first culture

• Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, IT, HR, Finance, and Customer Service to support customers, employees, and business objectives

Ideal Background

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience within technical support, technical service, call center, contact center, or customer support operations

• Experience leading a large organization of 50+ employees , ideally through multiple supervisors or managers

• Strong knowledge of contact center operations, CRM platforms, telephony, workforce management, and related technologies
