Key Customer / Project Responsibilities

The (Senior) Technical Services Cross Technology Systems Integration Specialist will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for providing technical leadership and ensuring successful solution design, technical delivery, and project implementation across Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical SME for assigned customers and projects, providing expert guidance throughout the solution and project lifecycle.
• Review proposed solutions, architectures, designs, and implementation approaches to ensure technical feasibility, quality, security, and alignment with customer requirements.
• Lead and coordinate technical delivery activities, including solution implementation, integration, migration, testing, troubleshooting, and handover.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams and collaborate closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, engineers, vendors, and customer stakeholders.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and issues, and recommend appropriate mitigation or remediation actions.
• Ensure technical deliverables meet agreed scope, design standards, best practices, and project acceptance criteria.
• Support technical workshops, design discussions, implementation planning, and customer technical discussions.
• Provide technical escalation support and assist delivery teams in resolving complex implementation issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation plans, migration plans, test plans, operational procedures, and handover documents.
• Support knowledge transfer and capability development within the technical delivery team.

• Related Microsoft infrastructure and integration technologies

Microsoft 365 Services

Primary focus on:

• Microsoft Exchange Online / Outlook Mail Services
• Microsoft SharePoint Online
• Microsoft 365 integration, migration, configuration, and operational readiness

Expected Role for Senior Level

For the Senior position, the individual is additionally expected to:

• Lead complex or cross-technology technical engagements.
• Provide technical governance and quality assurance for major projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical specialists.
• Act as a technical escalation point for critical or high-risk projects.
• Engage directly with senior customer stakeholders on technical decisions and recommendations.
• Drive technical standards, reusable delivery practices, and lessons learned across projects.
