Role Description The Senior Technical Services Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. The role involves providing advanced technical support for gas-related systems and equipment, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, and overseeing troubleshooting activities to ensure safe, efficient operations. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions, optimize system performance, and support maintenance and service projects. Daily responsibilities include analyzing system data, preparing technical reports, guiding junior technical staff, and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and customers regarding technical findings and recommendations.

• Candidates should possess strong Technical Services expertise, including experience managing service operations and supporting gas or energy-related systems.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret technical data, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to handle complex incidents and ensure minimal downtime.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical) or equivalent technical qualification.
• Several years of experience in technical engineering roles within energy, utilities, or industrial operations, preferably in senior or lead positions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in gas or energy systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, manage multiple priorities, and mentor junior team members.
