Senior Technical Services Manager

A Senior Technical Services Manager in London will lead Hard FM and technical services across a high-profile, multi-site commercial portfolio. Based primarily at one central London site, you will manage a technical team and act as a senior point of contact for the client.

The Role

As The Senior Technical Services Manager, You'll Lead and develop the technical team across the London portfolio.

Deliver planned maintenance, reactive works and small projects against agreed service standards.

Oversee statutory compliance, health and safety, RAMS, permits and safe systems of work.

Manage contractors and subcontractors, including their performance and compliance.

Build client relationships, manage escalations and report on operational performance.

Support budgets, cost control, lifecycle planning and service improvements. About You

To be successful as the Senior Technical Services Manager, you'll have:

An engineering or technical qualification, such as a degree, HND or equivalent.

Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, life safety and BMS systems.

Essential Leadership Experience In Hard FM Or Technical Services. Essential IOSH qualification; NEBOSH would be advantageous.

Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, risk management and contractor oversight.

Confident client communication and commercial awareness; multi-site experience is preferred. What's in it for You?

Permanent, full-time role based primarily on site in London.

Salary up to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a 10% bonus.

£5,000 car allowance and £1,300 in flexible benefits.

25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.

Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00.
