Senior Technical Solutions Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will partner closely with back-office business teams to translate operational needs into practical technology solutions. You will own sustaining support strategy across core ERP modules and integrations, while helping improve governance, incident response, and change management in a complex enterprise environment. The position also plays a key role in evaluating automation and AI opportunities, leading proofs of concept, and driving scalable improvements that strengthen business operations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic technology partner for back-office business units, translating objectives into actionable plans
• Own and evolve the ERP sustaining and support strategy across core modules and integrations
• Act as a technical consultant for incident, problem, and change management in back-office systems
• Identify and resolve system inefficiencies and recommend scalable remediation approaches
• Establish governance processes for sustaining initiatives, ensuring visibility into business value
• Evaluate technology solutions and advise on automation and AI capabilities
• Lead proofs of concept for new tools or automation approaches to assess business value

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ERP support or related roles for core back-office systems
• Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms and enterprise systems, including Microsoft D365 F&O and Oracle 11i
• Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement
• Proven ability to establish governance and support practices in complex environments
• Experience with production support tools like ServiceNow and monitoring frameworks
• Knowledge of data management concepts relevant to ERP and SQL proficiency
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leaders
