Senior Technical Solutions Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will oversee program-level coordination across multiple parallel workstreams, with a strong focus on visibility, governance, and execution discipline.

The position requires close partnership with technical teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies, surface risks early, and keep complex efforts aligned.

The ideal candidate will translate delivery status into business impact while helping establish a steady operating rhythm across concurrent programs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $187,179 – $224,250 annually

Responsibilities

• Own cross-call-order visibility across four call orders
• Drive risk and dependency management
• Identify and track cross-program risks and inter-team dependencies
• Run program-level status and governance
• Build an operating rhythm to synchronize parallel workstreams
• Manage stakeholder communication and serve as the primary program interface
• Translate technical execution status into business-level impact

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience
• 5+ years managing multiple concurrent workstreams or contracts
• Experience in government contracting or regulated environments
• Hands-on risk and dependency management experience
• Proficiency with Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks at scale
