Detailed Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of web applications using Java and PHP technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including business analysts, UI/UX designers, and quality assurance—to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure web applications using modern Java and PHP frameworks.
• Oversee code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements and innovative solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures for developed solutions.

Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years’ hands-on experience in web development using both Java and PHP.
• Proficiency in Java programming and frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
• Strong expertise in PHP and prominent frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React is a plus).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/MySQL/NoSQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
