Senior Technical Trainer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Trainer to join our shared services organization who will be responsible for delivering training programs, developing training materials, assessing employee performance, and supporting process documentation to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate new hire, technical, SOP, quality, and refresher trainings.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and SOPs.
• Assess training effectiveness and monitor employee progress.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and process improvements.
• Prepare training reports and support documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience developing training content and conducting classroom or on-the-job training.
