Senior Technical Writer

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications and systems.

• Create user manuals, guides, and other technical documents using Microsoft Office Suite.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create accurate technical documents.

• Edit and review technical documents for clarity, grammar, and consistency.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for technical writing.

• Participate in the development of style guides and templates for technical documents.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Experience with Mad Cap Flare Central is required.

• Strong understanding of technical writing principles and practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
