Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Senior / Technician to support efficient and reliable manufacturing operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot machines, perform maintenance, and resolve production issues. This role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations through quality checks, process improvements, and accurate documentation while supporting overall production performance.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery in compliance with SOPs and cleanroom protocols to ensure safe operations and consistent product quality
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and turnings and improvement work across equipment (1P, 2P, 3P, EP, and MRFs) to meet required specifications
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshooting to ensure adherence to specifications, standards set by development engineers, and smooth operations
• Monitor daily machine parameters, record data, and track performance trends
• Compile and maintain documentation to deliver performance data for all tasks, activities, and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data judgment and ensure timely, accurate reporting

Skills and Competencies Profile

Required Qualifications:

• NITEC / Diploma in any Engineering field, fresh graduates may apply, OR
• 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, or prior experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or related roles, is preferred

Technical Skills:

• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Soft Skills:

• Able to work independently with initiative and accountability in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable and detail-oriented

Additional Information

• Willing to work in a 12-hour rotating day / night shift (4 working days / 3 rest days / 3 working days / 4 rest days)
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment and perform overtime as and when necessary
