Operate and Maintain Equipment: Set up and keep machines running smoothly, like pick-and-place and soldering machines.

Monitor Production: Watch the SMT process to ensure it’s working correctly and efficiently.

Inspect and Test: Check assembled boards for defects and test them to make sure they work properly.

Handle Components: Load and place electronic parts accurately on circuit boards.

Follow Safety Guidelines: Stick to safety rules and regulations to keep the workplace safe.

Document and Report: Keep records of processes and report any issues or improvements.

Collaborate and Learn: Work with team members and stay updated on new SMT technologies and techniques.

Perform routine maintenance and repair of office facilities, and coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary.

Assisting in ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
