SENIOR TECHNICIAN - SERVICE

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Mahindra Service Workshop.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor vehicle service, repair, diagnosis and delivery.
• Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor job progress.
• Ensure proper preparation and closure of job cards.
• Coordinate with Parts, Warranty and Insurance departments.
• Monitor workshop productivity, service revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered on time with proper quality checks.
• Monitor technician performance and provide necessary guidance.
• Ensure compliance with Mahindra service standards, safety and 5S practices.
• Maintain daily service reports, pending vehicle reports and other MIS.
• Focus on customer retention, repeat business and service targets.

Required Criteria:

• Education: ITI/Diploma/Graduate
• Preferred Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Automobiles
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Preferred Industry: Automobile / Automotive Service / Mahindra Dealership / Commercial Vehicle Service
• Skills: Customer Handling, Team Management, Vehicle Diagnosis, Workshop Management, Technical Knowledge, Job Card Management and Problem Solving, Communication Skills
