Senior Techno Functional Consultant (Flexcube)

Key Responsibilities * Functional Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders and banking SMEs.
• Analyze business requirements and map them to Core Banking product capabilities.
• Configure and implement solutions across:
• Loans and Deposits
• Islamic Financing
• Foreign Exchange
• CASA (Current Account and Savings Account)
• Prepare BRDs, GAP Analysis, and Solution Design documents.
• Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Support UAT activities and coordinate with business teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, operational policies, and risk management requirements.
• Knowledge on Integration Tech stack, Micro Services Architecture

Technical Responsibilities

• Design and review FLEXCUBE customizations, extensions, and integrations.
• Work closely with development teams on:
• PL/SQL development
• Batch processing
• Reports and customization frameworks
• Perform impact assessments for change requests and enhancements.
• Support data migration strategy, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Review technical designs and ensure adherence to Oracle FLEXCUBE best practices.
• Experience in implementation of Core Banking Solution
