Your role

Project & Lab Management: * Work together with beverage application team to full fill beverage category target.

* Co-coordinating and monitoring of related projects -mainly to support the PI business for South Asia projects and other local projects if needed.

* Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure that project is completed on time with quality guaranteed.

* Be able to design formulas and make prototypes according to project brief

* Capable for on-site formulation projects

* Daily management of laboratory, raw material sorting and equipment maintenance.

Application * Familiar with the application of company's products in beverage, apply beverage knowledge and processing methods to get the optimized solution.

* Respond quickly to product application requests from commercial team.

* Implementation of competence launches (beverage)

* Use consumer understanding input to deliver beverage prototypes in line with concepts

* Connect with Singapore and Germany for beverage technical exchange.

• Minimum of 10 years' experience of beverage application or beverage product development, experience from multinational companies is preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage raw materials, beverage process, food legislation and safety
• Knowledge of beverage sensory
• Must be self-motivated to meet deadlines and requirements for all requests
• Good team player
• Strong communication skill
