Senior Technology Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an IT professional to oversee IT Infrastructure Operations and provide leading project implementation and support for the Warehouse Management System (WMS). The role requires strong coordination with warehouse operations and external vendors to ensure smooth system performance and timely issue resolution.

What you will do

• Oversee IT Infrastructure Operations: Manage and coordinate the setup, maintenance, and performance of network systems, servers, and hardware to ensure seamless business operations.
• Provide WMS Application Support: Deliver day-to-day technical support for the Warehouse Management System, including troubleshooting, user assistance, and system monitoring.
• Act as a Cross-Functional Coordinator: Serve as a liaison between IT, warehouse operations, and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues and implementation of system enhancements.
• Monitor System Performance & Reporting: Track system health, generate performance reports, and recommend improvements for both infrastructure and WMS efficiency.

What you will need

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure (network, servers, hardware support).
• Hands-on experience supporting WMS or warehouse-related systems.
• Experience coordinating with warehouse teams and external IT vendors.
• Ability to troubleshoot daily operational issues (RF scanners, labels, system errors).
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, picking, dispatch).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Skills

• Fluency in English and Thai (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (network, server, hardware troubleshooting).
• WMS application support skills (issue resolution, user assistance, system monitoring).
• Basic SQL or data analysis for checking system issues (nice to have).
• Understanding of warehouse workflows.
• Good coordination and communication skills with operations and vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under time-sensitive operational issues.
