Senior, TechOps Program Manager / Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Join a high-impact technical program leadership role focused on driving complex Finance Technology migrations across engineering teams. Responsibilities

• Lead execution across three or more concurrent migration projects, maintaining the overall integrated plan and critical path.
• Coordinate shared engineering resources, testing windows, and environments to reduce conflicts and keep delivery on track.
• Identify blockers early, escalate issues with clear context, and drive timely resolution with the appropriate owners.
• Track stakeholder commitments related to timelines, staffing, validation, and testing, and surface risks before milestones are affected.
• Maintain decision logs for open design and configuration items and escalate unresolved items that could impact delivery dates.
• Manage cross-project dependencies and sequencing so workstreams align and do not compete for the same resources.
• Monitor third-party deliverables against scope, acceptance criteria, and commitments, escalating concerns before they become critical path issues.
• Support cutover and close-readiness activities, including reconciliation, parallel close where needed, and handoff to Finance and TechOps teams.
• Provide regular status reporting across all migrations, highlighting risks, dependencies, and decisions needed to maintain progress.
• Maintain a dependency map across upstream and downstream systems, including tax, billing, and revenue platforms.

Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a technical program manager, delivery manager, or similar role embedded with engineering teams.
• Strong background supporting ERP delivery, including Oracle Financials/Fusion in merger or integration environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while balancing shared engineering and testing resources.
• Experience holding stakeholders accountable for validation, UAT, and delivery commitments.
• Ability to manage external vendors and systems integrators against scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion accounting concepts and finance boundary systems such as tax engines, billing, revenue, and RPA tools.
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency ERP environments.
• Strong communication, organization, escalation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with European statutory or VAT-related requirements.
• Background working in fast-paced, cross-functional technology environments.
• Ability to bring clarity and structure to complex, evolving initiatives.
