About the Company

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing leads.
• Explain solar products, services, and solutions to customers.
• Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
• Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain customer and lead databases.
• Schedule customer meetings and coordinate with the field sales team.
• Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Guide and support junior telecallers when required.
• Maintain daily call reports and performance updates.
• Follow up on quotations and customer enquiries.

Candidate Requirements

• Solar industry candidates preferred.
• Candidates with experience in solar products, lead generation, telecalling, or customer handling will be given preference.
• Candidates from other industries with relevant telecalling experience may also apply.
• Previous experience as a Senior Telecaller or Telecalling Executive preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to achieve sales and lead-generation targets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
