Senior Telesales Executive – Real Estate The Vibrant Group India (Builders & Developers) Location: South Mumbai | Type: Full-time | Reports to: Head of Sales

About Us The Vibrant Group India is a builders and developers firm with all projects located exclusively in South Mumbai. We are looking for a confident telesales professional to represent this premium offering.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries from digital campaigns, portals, referrals and channel partners. Present project details, pricing and South Mumbai location advantages to prospects. Qualify leads on budget, requirement, timeline and funding. Schedule site visits and meetings, and coordinate with the sales team to close bookings. Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads. Update the CRM daily with accurate lead status and follow-up dates. Meet targets for calls, qualified leads, site visits and conversions. Guide junior telecallers and share market feedback with management.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred). 3–6 years of telesales experience, with at least 2 years in real estate (premium residential preferred). Fluent in English and Hindi. Marathi or Gujarati is an advantage. Strong persuasion, objection-handling and closing skills. Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel. Understanding of real estate terms such as RERA, carpet area and payment plans.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
