Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers, promote our specialty chemical products, and convert prospects into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Explain company products and their applications to customers.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and forward qualified leads.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales objectives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
