Senior Tender Engineer / Mechanical

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Senior Mechanical Tender Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, analyzing tender documents, and ensuring accurate cost estimation for mechanical projects. The role requires strong coordination with internal departments and suppliers to deliver competitive and compliant bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for mechanical tenders.
• Perform cost estimation including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and suppliers to obtain quotations.
• Prepare tender documentation and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to technical clarifications.
• Support management during negotiations and tender submissions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in mechanical tendering or estimation .
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or MEP projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation and tender preparation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD .
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
