Senior Tendering Engineer

What will you need to do:

• Evaluate materials and subcontracts quotations.

• Assist in the preparation of the tender schedule.

• Co-ordinate with other departments in obtaining specialist advice and input into the tender as required.

• Prepare and present presentations for internal (within company) and external (partners /clients) purposes.

• Commercial engineering: prepare selling price analyses, price estimates and selling strategies.

• Prepare basic cash flow scenarios.

• Prepare risk and opportunity analysis.

• Assist in contractual reviews / drafting of conditions.

• Prepare, takes ownership and presents cost estimation reports to the Proposal Manager and the Tendering Director

• Liaise with partners and Coordinates JV / consortia joint tender teams.

What you will need to have:

• BEng or equivalent in Engineering

• Master’s degree would be considered a plus

• At least six (6) years of working experience in the construction industry

• Previous experience in Tendering or estimation fields would be considered an asset

• Familiarity with MS Office

• Knowledge of any Project Management tool would be highly welcomed

• Basic commercial awareness

• Fluency in English language
