Role & responsibilities

• Drive overall revenue and volume targets for agricultural implements (e.g., Rotavators, Cultivators, Harvesters, Seed Drills, Threshers, Balers, Power Tillers) across assigned Bihar territories.
• Manage both primary (Company to Dealer) and secondary (Dealer to Farmer) sales channels.
• Identify high-potential pockets and agricultural belts in Bihar for targeted sales drives aligned with local crop seasons
• Appoint, onboard, and manage new dealers, distributors, and sub-dealers to expand market reach across key Bihar districts.
• Conduct regular dealer meetings and provide pitch training, promotional schemes, and sales support to dealer sales teams.
