Location: Melbourne, VIC

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite

Contract: Initial 7 Months | Potential Extension

About the Role

CloudMarc is looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst with strong Warehouse Management System (WMS) testing experience to join a major enterprise project in Melbourne.

This is a hands-on testing role requiring strong experience across WMS platforms, warehouse operations, system integration and end-to-end testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, system, integration, regression and end-to-end testing across WMS applications.
• Validate key warehouse processes, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and stock movements.
• Test integrations between WMS, ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and execute test cases, scenarios and test documentation.
• Identify, manage and track defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers and delivery teams.
• Support SIT, UAT and release testing activities.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior Test Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on WMS testing experience is essential.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
• Experience testing integrations between WMS, ERP and related systems.
• Strong functional, integration and end-to-end testing capabilities.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Must be Melbourne-based and available to work 4 days onsite per week .
