Senior Test Automation Engineer

Location: Pasig
Shift: Dayshift
Setup: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote work weekly

Job Description Summary

The Senior Test Automation Engineer will lead end-to-end test automation initiatives, including automation strategy, framework design, script development, execution, maintenance, and reporting. This role partners closely with development, QA, business stakeholders, and automation architects to build scalable automation solutions, improve software quality, optimize testing processes, and support continuous delivery within the client's Trade, Supply Chain, and Microfinance (TSCMF) systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Test Automation Engineering, Software Testing, and Quality Assurance.
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools and platforms, including DataDog, Power Automate, and other enterprise automation technologies.
• Proven experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-scale automated testing frameworks and solutions.
• Experience automating tests across Web/UI, API, Database, Cloud, Desktop, and Enterprise Applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous testing.
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management, defect tracking, reporting, and automation execution.
• Ability to analyze automation opportunities, perform feasibility assessments, and recommend automation strategies and best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Automation Testing certifications are a plus.
• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry is highly preferred.
