We are looking for Senior Automation Test Engineer with 7-10 Yrs of experience for Chennai location.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

7+ years of test management experience, ideally in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Spotify model)
Strong expertise in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, RestAssured)
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles (e.g., GitLab CI, Artifact Promotion)
Proven experience with banking or financial services regulatory requirements
Experience leading test chapters, guilds, or communities of practice in a scaled agile setup
Excellent command of English (written and spoken); German language skills are a strong plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
