Key Responsibilities

• Manage ICT, FCT, Burn-in, High-Voltage, ATE & Automated Testing.
• Design & develop test fixtures, test programs and automation solutions.
• Optimize test cycle time, yield and testing efficiency while reducing false/missed tests and retests.
• Lead test failure analysis, RCA & 5 Why and implement corrective actions.
• Manage TPM, preventive maintenance, equipment & fixture lifecycle.
• Support NPI test solution development and reliability verification.
• Define test standards, acceptance criteria, WI & test specifications.
• Drive yield improvement, productivity, test optimization & cost reduction.
• Coordinate with PE, Quality, Production and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior Test Engineers.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant Test Engineering / Functional Testing experience, preferably in electronics or consumer electronics manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience in testing, fixture development, troubleshooting and automation.
