该职位来源于猎聘 General Purpose of the Position: To focus on test process and equipment related tasks through the product launching phase to mass production in future, test engineering development and management Major Responsibilities:

• Lead and responsible for plant process related test issue and arrange balanced resource
• As the technical window for the test issue with product and other department
• Train and develop test engineering resource
• Follow up the production line preparation of all equipment and software for new projects, include machine specification review, ordering of machines, design review, machine acceptance and follow up open issues with suppliers.
• Be responsible for machine & process setup, debugging and release in production. Ensure the machine & process capability before handover to production.
• Be responsible for process document preparation, regular review and updating, like PFMEA, CP and WI etc.. Provide related training and qualification for line staffs.
• Be responsible for daily technical issues in production line, leader of problem solving. Ensure smooth production with high quality, yield and productivity performance.
• Cooperate with production, quality and other functions for continuously improvement of the line and process.
• Highly skilled in LabVIEW programming and Machine hardware design
• Be responsible for process change management, like new tooling & fixture, new process setting, etc..
• Supporting function of implementing TPS, TPM and automotive quality standard ( IATF16949) in the plant. Supporting of customer audit in own processes. Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering /Automation/ Electrical/Software is required.
• Skilled in LabVIEW is must.
• Able to understand the industrial hydraulic, pneumatic system and control.
• Knowledge of using and programming PLC is preferred.
• Good knowledge about automotive standard and tools are required, like IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, control plan, SPC, etc..
• Able to develop and characterize new processes, able to design tooling & fixtures for production.
• Used to work in multi projects and cross functions.
• Good English communication skill in oral & written
• Familiar with Six Sigma, 8D, 3L5Y methodology. Experience:
• At least 7-10 years’ experience in test process at automotive tier 1 industry automotive products 2. 2+ years as the team leader or supervisor which lead more than 3 members group
• Experience of participating in automotive new project launching is highly preferred.
• Knowledge on automation, machine hardware and control are preferred.
