Senior Test Engineer_2026

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer to drive semiconductor test development, debugging, and optimization. The role involves collaborating with the test engineering team to develop reliable test solutions, analyze test data, and improve test efficiency and coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead test program development, debugging, and optimization for product validation and characterization.
• Analyze test data to identify failure modes, performance trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage ATE hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare and maintain test procedures, technical specifications, and reports on test coverage and correlation results.
• Implement test time reduction and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring test quality and reliability.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of semiconductor test engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, or other relevant languages.
• Familiarity with ATE platforms such as Advantest V93K and/or Teradyne UltraFLEX/FLEX.
• Strong knowledge of digital, mixed-signal, and parametric ATE testing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Advantest V93K and/or Teradyne UltraFLEX/FLEX in wafer-level (CP) and/or final test (FT) environments.
• Experience in probe card and load board design, hardware bring-up, and test correlation studies.
• Strong statistical and yield analysis skills, including PAT, SBL, SYL, GR&R, and yield improvement methodologies.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and establish test engineering best practices across multiple sites.
