What they need
We are looking for a Senior Test Manager with prior experience leading large-scale testing efforts for system integration and software development in Salesforce environments.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience working as a Test Manager leading QA teams on large scale system integration or software development projects budgeted for over $10M.
- 5+ years working on Salesforce implementation projects as a test engineer.
- 10+ years developing test management plans, use cases, test cases, and managing test data.
- 5+ years designing and implementing test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2+ years of experience working as a Test Manager on Public sector projects within California.
- Experience managing Salesforce Public-Sector Solutions data for testing.
- Experience following industry-standard testing processes.
- Any of the following Certifications: Scrum Alliance CSM or SAFe Scrum Master.
- Any of the following Certifications: ISTQB or CTFL, or IIBA, or CBAP.
