About this vacancy

You will become part of innovative projects related to driveline and e-Powertrain systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the entire product development cycle.

The activities may include:

• Definition of validation plans based on FMEA and reliability targets
• Definition of test setups, instrumentation, and testing conditions
• Execution and monitoring of testing activities on bench and vehicle
• Acquisition, processing, and analysis of experimental data
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues related to driveline systems
• Definition and continuous improvement of test procedures and methodologies
• Collaboration with product design and development teams

What we expect from you

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Mechatronics, or related disciplines
• Knowledge of driveline systems, powertrain, or e-Powertrain
• 5+ years of experience in validation, testing, and data analysis activities
• Knowledge of methodologies such as FMEA, DVP, reliability, and failure analysis
• Skills in data processing using Python, MATLAB, or similar tools
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Excellent proficiency in English and Italian

What you can expect from us

The position involves a permanent contract, and the offered gross annual salary (RAL) base will not be less than €38,000, in accordance with what is stipulated by the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package, and at the end of the selection process, based on the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the indicated level.

In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a component of direct project profit participation (profit sharing), an individual skill development budget of €4,000 net per year, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in compliance with current company policies.
