Senior thermal engineer

Overview Of The Position Mainly revolves around the heat dissipation design and optimization of electronic products.

Key Responsibilities

• Be familiar with thermal flow software such as Flotherm and perform thermal flow simulation and design.
• Provide thermal flow solutions and collaborate with ME, EE, and other departments to resolve product-related issues.
• Conduct heat transfer experiments, debug, and optimize designs.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisor.

• Required professional knowledge: Heat transfer, convection, radiation, fluid mechanics.
• Required skills: Thermal analysis software such as Flotherm
