Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst

Launch Recruitment are exclusively supporting a leading enterprise organisation on the lookout for a Senior Cyber Threat Hunter to join their cyber defense team on a perm basis.

This role combines behavioral threat intelligence, controls-based research, and defensive cyber expertise to proactively identify previously undetected threats using attacker TTPs, behavioral analytics, and tools like EDR, SIEM, and TIP.

Required Experience -

• 5+ years' experience in a cyber defense/SOC role, working within a structured ticketing/case management environment
• Hands-on experience with log management/SIEM platforms (Splunk essential)
• Experience working within a SOAR or ticketing queue environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure Windows/Linux, Active Directory, cloud platforms, and identity systems
• Working knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and adversarial TTPs (Non-negotiable

Highly regarded (not essential):

• Offensive security or red team experience or exposure
• Interest or experience applying AI/automation to accelerate research and analysis
