What they need
Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience as a Timekeeper or Senior Timekeeper. Good knowledge of attendance, timekeeping, and manpower tracking procedures. Experience in construction, MEP, or contracting companies is preferred. Strong experience handling large manpower populations across multiple sites is highly preferred. Knowledge of timesheets, attendance records, overtime, leave, and absenteeism tracking. Ability to coordinate with HR, site management, and project teams regarding manpower attendance and records. Good knowledge of MS Excel and computerized timekeeping/attendance systems. UAE construction or contracting experience is an advantage.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
