Senior to Principal EHS Professional

For our client, we are seeking a Senior to Principal EHS Professional to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will drive environmental, health, and safety consulting work that supports complex client needs across due diligence, compliance, and sustainability. The position combines technical advisory expertise with project leadership, business development, and direct engagement with corporate stakeholders. You will also help shape client strategies, prepare high-quality deliverables, and mentor internal teams on challenging multi-site matters.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $121,985 – $209,060 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for EHS consulting services, with a focus on due diligence in M&A
• Support multi-site due diligence projects related to contamination, compliance, and sustainability
• Conduct EHS compliance inspections and engage with corporate management teams
• Review regulations and develop client strategies while mentoring internal teams
• Prepare technical reports and customized deliverables for clients
• Manage projects and provide technical advice on contamination and EHS systems
• Develop customized scopes of work based on unique project parameters

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, geology, or a related field required
• At least 8 years of direct environmental consulting experience required; 10+ years preferred
• Experience managing project planning, financials, and compliance required
• Excellent writing and communication skills required
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a satisfactory driving record required
• Advanced degree preferred
• Experience in EHS management programs and client management preferred
