What they need
- ENTERPRISE RISK APPETITE & TOLERANCE: Conducts moderately complex risk assessments to identify documentation, contractual, operational and regulatory risks in import trade execution activities, aligned with the organization’s risk appetite.
- EXECUTION OF CONTRACTS & TRADE FLOWS: Implements end-to-end international transportation processes in compliance with defined contractual terms to minimize execution risks and supports trade flows aligned with product line and business group strategies.
- TRADE DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT: Handles the end-to-end preparation, review, approval and maintenance of import documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness and alignment with contractual, customs and origin and destination regulatory requirements throughout the execution lifecycle.
- COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT: Reviews sales contracts to ensure clauses are fully understood and operationally executable and supports legal, fiscal and regulatory compliance for origin and destination requirements.
- CUSTOMER & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Maintains established relationships with customers, clients, suppliers and other business partners, including supervisory companies, insurance companies, laboratories, agents, warehouses, banks, customs agents, trucking companies, buyers and sellers.
- OPERATIONAL METRICS & CONTROLS: Reviews operational metrics, maintains accurate controls and delivers according to trade execution process expectations.
